missingWrote a review on Nov 26attentive staffirregular cleaninglimited breakfast variety
Attentive staff who genuinely cared for guests.
The breakfast was severely lacking in variety, and the absence of an elevator made the many stairs to the rooftop breakfast area quite frustrating. Cleaning services were irregular, and I found myself requesting clean towels multiple times. Additionally, I encountered a lack of communication regarding various amenities, making my stay more stressful than it needed to be.

Breakfast included some delightful traditional Guyanese dishes that were well-prepared and satisfying. The location facilitated easy travel around the area, although limited nearby dining options were a drawback. Despite the spacious accommodations, some aspects fell short of expectations, including the restaurant options nearby and minor inconveniences during the stay.

Spent a lovely time surrounded by friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile,, especially one woman at the front desk who made me feel genuinely welcomed. I really enjoyed the traditional meals that felt like home cooked dishes, very comforting after a long day.
It was a bit pricey, but honestly, it was still bearable for what I got.

Had a comfy stay in a Deluxe Room. It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette. The bathroom was private and came with free toiletries. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace for relaxation, and the staff were super helpful. The manager always made sure I felt welcome.
